Two pumps with the same body can have very different temperature ratings. The XPS820 and XPS830 show this clearly.

Same aluminum pump, same 181 gpm (685 L/min) maximum flow, same 125 psi (8.6 bar) air limit. The only thing that changed is the diaphragm, valve ball and valve seat material, and the temperature window moved by well over 100 degrees. So for a hot fluid, choose the elastomer first and the pump second. We will confirm the exact limit for whatever build you order.
As for the 820 and 830 themselves: the XPS820 has NPT threads, the XPS830 has ANSI flanges. Both are bolted Pro-Flo SHIFT FIT pumps with 1/4 inch solids handling and 21.8 ft (6.6 m) dry suction lift. The flanged pump weighs about 113 lb (51 kg), the threaded one about 99 lb (45 kg).
Across the 56 aluminum builds of the two models, Santoprene is the most common elastomer, then PTFE.
Genuine WILDEN 3″ Pro-Flo SHIFT aluminum pumps: clamped XPS15, bolted XPS1520 and flanged XPS1530 (271 gpm, 1026 L/min). How to choose between the three.
XPS1520/XPS1530 up to 271 gpm / 1026 L/min (61.5 m³/h)
Flow Rate (m³/h)
Max operating pressure 125 psi / 8.6 bar (XPS1520/XPS1530)
Head (m)
Compressed air, max 8.6 bar (125 psi), 3/4" FNPT air inlet
Genuine WILDEN T15, the 3″ Turbo-Flo aluminum pump (232 gpm, 878 L/min). Which parts wear in a rebuild, and how the build code tells you the right kit.
Up to 232 gpm / 878 L/min (52.7 m³/h)
Flow Rate (m³/h)
Max operating pressure 120 psi / 8.3 bar
Head (m)
Compressed air, max 8.3 bar (120 psi), 3/4" FNPT air inlet
Genuine WILDEN XPS8, the 2″ clamped Pro-Flo SHIFT aluminum pump (185 gpm, 700 L/min). What changes in flow, suction lift, air inlet and weight versus the P8.
Up to 185 gpm / 700 L/min (42.0 m³/h)
Flow Rate (m³/h)
Max operating pressure 125 psi / 8.6 bar
Head (m)
