For cast iron build 08-13114 (PTFE diaphragms, aluminum air side):
The polypropylene T8 (08-15141) is listed with solids up to 0.25 inch (6.4 mm) and a shipping weight of about 114 lb (52 kg).
On paper, the newer XPS8 in cast iron gives more flow, 190 gpm (719 L/min), and more dry lift, 22.7 ft (6.9 m). The T8 remains the straightforward choice when you are replacing a T8 and want the same fit and parts.
