Wilden Explosion Proof Pump for Oil & Gas – Crude Oil, Drilling Mud & Refinery Transfer

The Wilden air-operated diaphragm pump is widely used in the oil and gas industry for transferring crude oil, drilling muds, greases, and refinery by-products. Its spark-free, air-powered operation makes it inherently safe for use in hazardous classified areas where flammable gases and vapors may be present.

The pump can handle high-viscosity fluids such as heavy crude oil and greases, as well as abrasive drilling muds containing solid particles. The leak-free design prevents environmental contamination when handling hydrocarbons, and the ability to run dry allows for safe tank stripping and line clearing operations.

The pump is available in materials suitable for sour service and high-temperature applications, including 316 stainless steel and Hastelloy. With maximum operating pressure of 8.6 Bar and temperature rating up to 176.7°C, the Wilden pump meets the demanding requirements of upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas operations.
