Product Overview

The basic pattern

CDL(F) 4-30: CDL is the vertical multistage pump, F marks stainless steel wetted parts, 4 is the rated flow in m³/h, and 30 means three impellers. The second number is the stage count times ten, so CDL(F) 4-220 has 22 stages.

Examples from our table

What about -1 and -2?

From size 65 up, many stage counts come in three versions. CDL(F) 65-30 gives 60 m, 65-30-1 gives 53 m and 65-30-2 gives 46 m, all at 65 m³/h. The suffixed versions fill the gaps between whole stage counts, so the head can be matched more closely. We confirm the exact build in the quotation.

Picking a model

  1. Choose the size from the flow you need: 2, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 32, 42, 65, 85, 120 or 150 m³/h.
  2. Work out the head the pump must produce at that flow.
  3. Pick the first stage count whose head is at or just above your figure.

The complete list is in the CDL(F) selection table.
