Ask anyone who runs a livestock operation what kills a manure pump and they’ll say the same thing: it’s not the liquid, it’s everything mixed into it — straw, bedding, hair, fibrous feed waste. A plain sewage pump wraps up and stalls within weeks.
The 80GNWQ35-12-2.2 is sized for exactly this middle ground: 35 m³/h at 12 m head, 2.2 kW, 80 mm outlet — enough for a barn pit or biogas feed line without over-spending on power you don’t need.
What matters here is the cutter. The disc is alloy hardened past 48 HRC, and it’s the detachable type, so we can fit the livestock-pattern cutter that’s shaped for stringy organic solids instead of the municipal one. Straw and bedding get chopped on the way in; the heat-treated 3Cr13 semi-open impeller behind it stays clear and doesn’t corrode in acidic slurry.
One question we get a lot: Can I swap the cutter myself if I change what I’m pumping? Yes — the disc is bolt-off, and the only thing to watch is resetting the impeller-to-cutter gap to 0.1–0.25 mm afterwards, which is what makes the shredding bite.
