Dewatering a quarry sump or a mine drainage point is punishing work: high volume, a real lift out of the pit, and water thick with abrasive sediment, silt and the fibrous debris that collects in any industrial sump. It chews through pumps that aren’t built for abrasion.
The 150GNWQ200-20-22 brings both muscle and wear resistance: 200 m³/h at 20 m head from a 22 kW motor through a 150 mm outlet. The 48 HRC alloy cutter clears the fibrous and plastic debris, while the heat-treated 3Cr13 impeller is chosen for exactly this kind of gritty, abrasive service.
One honest caveat for this duty: a cutter pump handles abrasive slurry and fibre, but it is not meant to ingest rock and large stone — those belong to a dedicated slurry or gravel pump. Keep hard oversize out with a screen, and this pump will give you volume, lift and a long wear life. Dewatering a site? sales@haquanpump.com.
