When a municipal lift station or district drainage line has to move serious volume — and that flow carries everything a city sewer collects, from rags and wipes to plastic and textiles — you need size and a cutter that keeps up with both. The 200GNWQ300-15-22 sits at the top of the GNWQ range for exactly that.
It pushes up to 300 m³/h at 15 m head from a 22 kW motor through a 200 mm outlet. At that throughput even a good non-clog impeller still jams on the modern sewage stream — wet wipes being the notorious culprit. The GNWQ answer is to shred first: the 48 HRC alloy cutter reduces solids on intake so the large 3Cr13 impeller passes them cleanly.
It’s built to run hard — HT200/HT250 cast iron, heavy bearings, a mechanical seal rated for continuous duty — and the cutter disc is detachable for field service without pulling the whole pump.
