Where a lot of textile factories cluster, the district lift station inherits their combined signature: an unrelenting fibre load. Thread, lint, offcuts and dye-house fluff from dozens of units concentrate in one station, and it will felt up any pump that doesn’t actively cut.
The 150GNWQ200-15-15 is built for that concentration — 200 m³/h at 15 m head, 15 kW, 150 mm outlet. The multi-blade 48 HRC alloy cutter shears the continuous fibre stream so it leaves with the flow instead of accumulating, and the heat-treated 3Cr13 impeller stands up to the mild dye-house chemistry and constant abrasion.
A garment-district station in Indonesia we supplied had been sending staff into the wet well to clear fibre by hand every few weeks — a genuine safety problem. A pair of Haquan cutter pumps ended the manual clearing; the fibre now passes through instead of building up. Sizing a district station? sales@haquanpump.com.
