Some industrial duties are demanding on both axes at once: a lot of flow and a tall discharge, through effluent that’s still full of solids. That’s an awkward corner of the selection chart — plenty of pumps give volume or head, fewer give both while also shredding what they carry.
The 100GNWQ150-18-15 sits in that corner deliberately: 150 m³/h at 18 m head from a 15 kW motor and a 100 mm outlet. It’s a genuinely capable duty point for a large plant that has to move heavy flow up out of a deep pit and can’t tolerate the pump choking on process rag and packaging. The 48 HRC alloy cutter keeps the solids passable; the heat-treated 3Cr13 impeller carries the load without wearing out.
