Product Overview

If there’s a “sweet spot” in the ZWL range, it’s the middle. The DN65 to DN100 ZWL direct-coupled self-priming sewage pumps cover the flows and heads most real jobs land on — which is why these are the models we quote most often.

The models in this class

This band spans a wide spread of duty points on 4–45 kW motors:

  • 65ZWL30-18 / 65ZWL20-30 — 20–30 m³/h, 18–30 m (DN65)
  • 80ZWL40-16 / 80ZWL65-25 / 80ZWL80-35 / 80ZWL50-60 — 40–80 m³/h, 16–60 m (DN80)
  • 100ZWL100-15 / 100ZWL80-20 / 100ZWL100-20 / 100ZWL100-30 — 80–100 m³/h, 15–30 m (DN100)
  • 100ZWL80-45 / 100ZWL80-60 / 100ZWL80-80 — 80 m³/h at 45, 60, even 80 m (DN100, high head)

So within one port size you can pick low-head/high-flow or high-head/lower-flow — handy for matching a specific site.

Where they fit

These are the go-to pumps for municipal sewage stations, factory effluent, farm and aquaculture duty, and general industrial drainage. They pass solids up to about 60% of the port diameter (roughly 48–60 mm) and long fibre, self-prime with no foot valve, and come in cast iron or stainless steel to match the medium.
