Non-Clog Chopper Pump for Municipal & Industrial Wastewater
📌 Product Overview
The WQK Series Submersible Grinder Sewage Pump is engineered for reliable handling of domestic, commercial, and industrial wastewater containing long fibers, rags, paper, plastics, and small solid particles.
Equipped with a high-hardness alloy cutting blade and stationary grinding ring, the pump shreds fibrous materials into fine particles before discharge—effectively preventing clogging in pipes and valves.
It is widely used as a cost-effective alternative to conventional non-clog sewage pumps where waste contains sanitary tissue, hair, or textile fibers that would block standard impellers.
Key Features
Built-in Grinding / Cutting System Hardened alloy cutter + fixed grinding ring continuously chops solids and fibers to pass freely through the discharge line.
Anti-Clog Hydraulic Design Single-channel or vortex impeller (model dependent) minimizes risk of blockage; maintains high flow even with suspended solids.
Durable Construction
Pump casing Casing: Heavy-duty Cast Iron (FC200 / HT250)
Double Mechanical Seal with Oil Chamber Tungsten carbide / Silicon carbide (TC/TC or SiC/SiC) in oil bath — extends seal life and allows safe dry-run monitoring.
Motor Protection & Options
Class F insulation, IP68 protection
Built-in thermal overload protector (optional)
Auto float switch for liquid-level control (optional)
Control panel with leakage / overload protection (optional)
Easy Installation Fully submersible, auto-coupled guide rail system available; suitable for wet pit / sump installation.
