Genuine Wilden AODD Diaphragm Pumps & Spare PartsWilden T15 Primary Diaphragm 15-1010-51 (Neoprene)
15-1010-51 is the primary neoprene diaphragm for Wilden’s 3″ T15 pumps — the part that actually flexes to move fluid on every stroke.

15-1120-51 is a neoprene valve seat for the Wilden T15 — the surface each check ball lands on. Wear here mimics a bad check ball closely.

Part 15-1120-51 is a neoprene valve seat on the Wilden T15, the surface each check ball lands on and seals against, stroke after stroke, thousands of times a day on a pump running continuously. The fluid being pumped matters here as much as the pump itself: elastomer selection needs to match what’s actually flowing through, especially with abrasive or chemically demanding wastewater.
A worn seat produces symptoms nearly identical to a worn check ball: weaker or pulsing discharge, reduced suction, trouble re-priming after the pump has sat. That overlap is exactly why the two get diagnosed and replaced together instead of in isolation. Grooving or an unevenly worn landing surface are the clearest physical tells.
If a seat is coming out, pull the matching ball at the same time rather than reusing it. Putting a worn ball back against a brand-new seat doesn’t really solve anything — it just pushes the same complaint a few weeks further down the calendar.
If the rebuild is going deeper into the piston assembly anyway, the inner piston washer is worth a look at the same time.
