Wilden P220 PTFE Diaphragm Pump for 10 GPM Duty

The Wilden P220/AAPPP/TSU/TF/ATF/0695, part number 02-11372, is a 1-inch metal air-operated double diaphragm pump configured with an aluminum wetted path and PTFE diaphragm. Wilden’s current product information identifies 02-11372 with this exact model description.

For the current customer requirement, the specified capacity is 10 GPM. That should be treated as the required operating duty rather than the maximum capacity of the pump. The published maximum flow rating for this configuration is higher, at 44 GPM.

The PTFE diaphragm configuration is one of the main reasons this pump is selected for chemical and industrial applications. PTFE is commonly considered when fluid compatibility is more important than simply choosing a general-purpose rubber diaphragm. The correct material should still be confirmed against the actual liquid, temperature and concentration.

The P220 uses threaded NPT connections, with a 1-inch inlet and 3/4-inch discharge. Its compact construction makes it convenient for skid-mounted equipment, dosing systems, chemical transfer packages and general process equipment where space is limited.

The pump supplied for the current requirement can also be provided with the specified accessories, including a 1-inch inlet strainer and a 1/4-inch air filter-regulator-lubricator assembly.
