Product Overview

The open secret of air-operated pumps is that the cheap part is the pump; the expensive part is the air. Compressed air is one of the costliest utilities in a plant, and a diaphragm pump running around the clock burns through a surprising amount of it.

The good news is you can trim that bill three ways. One: don’t oversize — a pump run flat-out uses far more air per litre than one sized correctly and run at a sensible pace. Two: keep the air section healthy — a worn air valve wastes air quietly. Three: choose Pro-Flo SHIFT, whose air system eases off each stroke and meaningfully cuts consumption for the same output.

On a continuously running pump those add up to real money. Tell us your pump, its duty and its run hours, and we can point at where the savings are.
