QX10-72-7.5S is the top of the QX series: 10 m³/h at 72 m head from a 7.5 kW, 380 V motor, through a 50 mm outlet. It keeps the same stainless steel construction as the smallest model, just with much more lift.
| Symptom | Check first |
|---|---|
| Pump runs but little or no water | Total head higher than expected, closed or blocked valve, clogged strainer, wrong rotation on three-phase |
| Motor stops and restarts later | Thermal protector tripping: low or unbalanced voltage, pump running dry or far from its rated point |
| Flow drops over time | Wear from grit in the water (solids must stay at 0.2 mm or less), partly blocked strainer or pipe |
| Water near the motor or cable entry | Mechanical seal or O-ring worn; stop the pump and contact us for seal parts |
On three-phase pumps, swapping any two supply wires reverses the rotation. A pump turning the wrong way still pushes some water, which is why it is easy to miss.
Seals and spare parts ship in 2 working days, and the pump carries a 12-month warranty.
