Genuine Wilden AODD Diaphragm Pumps & Spare PartsWilden Pump Maintenance — Simple Service Intervals
How to keep a Wilden AODD pump running for years — simple checks, wear parts and service intervals. From an authorized Wilden dealer.

A short, practical guide to choosing the right Wilden air-operated diaphragm pump — size, material and diaphragm — from an authorized dealer.
Specifying an air-operated diaphragm pump comes down to three decisions, in this order.
First, size. Match the port and model to the flow and head you need — roughly 1/4-inch for dosing up to 3-inch for bulk transfer — remembering that flow drops as the fluid thickens or the head climbs.
Second, the body material. Aluminium or cast iron for benign fluids, stainless for solvents and hygiene, polypropylene or PVDF for chemicals, Alloy C for the truly extreme.
Third, the diaphragm. PTFE for the broadest chemical resistance, Santoprene for long life on water and mild media, Buna-N or Viton for oils and heat.
Get those three right and the pump lasts; get one wrong and it either underperforms or corrodes. If you’d rather not guess, send us the fluid, its concentration and temperature, the flow and head you need, and your available air — and we’ll specify the exact genuine Wilden for the job.
