A Few Hard-Won Tips

• Cable sizing: At 7.5 kW, don’t undersize your supply leads. Voltage drop at the pump terminal kills torque and cutting effectiveness.
• Mechanical seal care: High head means higher internal pressure. Inspect the double mechanical seal (graphite–SiC) annually; any leakage shortens motor life fast.
