Car-wash water is deceptively abrasive. It carries road grit, sand and mud in suspension, plus the wash mitts, sponges and cloth that inevitably end up in the trench. That combination — abrasive silt plus stringy solids — grinds down a normal pump and clogs it in turns.
The 65GNWQ35-18-4 handles both sides of that problem: 35 m³/h at 18 m head, 4 kW, 65 mm outlet. The 48 HRC alloy cutter shears the cloth and sponge debris so it can’t wrap, while the heat-treated 3Cr13 impeller is built to resist the constant grit abrasion that defines car-wash water.
One caution specific to this duty: the cutter shreds fibre and plastic well, but heavy sand accelerates wear on any pump — a silt trap ahead of the pit will meaningfully extend its life. Setting up a wash or detailing bay? sales@haquanpump.com.
