Electroplating rinse water is among the more aggressive effluents a small shop produces: acidic, metal-laden, and often needing to be lifted to a treatment tank on a mezzanine or roof. That’s a corrosion problem and a head problem together, in a compact footprint.
The 50GNWQ15-18-2.2S is built for exactly that pairing — precision-cast SS304 for the acidic rinse, with a strong 18 m of head at 15 m³/h from 2.2 kW through a 50 mm outlet to reach an elevated treatment skid. The 48 HRC alloy cutter keeps the rags and shop debris from blocking the narrow riser.
