Product Overview

Case first, because it makes the point better than a spec sheet. A property-management company running a residential tower in Manila kept getting the same 2 a.m. call: the basement sewage pit had overflowed because the pump choked — again — on flushed wipes and mop strings from dozens of apartments. Every clog meant a confined-space entry and an angry building.

They put in a Haquan GNWQ cutter pump, the 100GNWQ120-18-11, on a duty/standby pair. The 48 HRC alloy cutter shreds the wipes and fibre on intake, so the impeller stays clear and the pit keeps up with peak morning load. The night calls stopped.

The numbers behind it: 120 m³/h at 18 m head from an 11 kW motor, 100 mm outlet — enough to clear a busy tower’s collection pit and push it up to the municipal connection.

Can it really handle wet wipes? That’s the whole reason it exists. “Flushable” wipes don’t break down like paper; they braid together and choke ordinary impellers. The cutter shreds them at the inlet, before they can wrap. If you manage buildings and dread the basement pump, this is the fix — sales@haquanpump.com.
