Working Principle of Mobile Diesel Discharge Pump Truck

The mobile diesel water pump truck relies on diesel engine power drive to realize automatic water suction and drainage operation, and its working principle is stable and efficient, suitable for long-term continuous operation.

The diesel engine generates mechanical energy through the self-ignition of mixed high-temperature and high-pressure air and atomized diesel fuel, driving the pump shaft and impeller to rotate at high speed. The rotating impeller forms negative pressure inside the pump body, quickly sucking water from the water source, and discharges the water body through the volute and outlet pipeline to complete the drainage operation.

For vacuum-assisted mixed flow pump models, the equipment is equipped with a water ring vacuum pump. Before startup, the vacuum pump is used to discharge air inside the pump body and pipeline to complete water diversion. The manual clutch can separate the diesel engine from the mixed flow pump to avoid idle running damage, ensuring stable operation of large-flow and low-lift drainage.

The whole system is equipped with super capacitor and multiple safety protection devices, which improves the low-temperature operation stability of the equipment. The intelligent control system realizes automatic monitoring and fault alarm, effectively avoiding equipment overload and damage, and ensuring safe and efficient operation in various complex environments.
